Dr. Sonal Dixit is our resident veterinarian — and the founder's sister. A qualified vet with postgraduate veterinary education, currently pursuing a PhD in Veterinary Surgery, she reviews every dog's health, food and medication herself. Nothing is guessed at, and nobody waits for an appointment.

Questions dog parents ask us.
Anything else, just call — we pick up ourselves.
What should I bring for my dog's stay?+
Their usual food for the length of the stay, any medication with instructions, and one item that smells of home — a blanket or toy. Bowls, beds and treats are ours.
What vaccinations do you require?+
Current rabies and DHPPi, plus deworming within the last three months. Bring the vaccination card on your first visit and we'll add it to your dog's Paw Profile.
What are the pick-up and drop timings?+
8 am to 8 pm, every day. Odd hours because of a flight? Tell us in advance and we'll work around it.
What happens if my dog falls ill?+
Dr. Sonal sees them immediately and we call you straight away. For anything beyond in-house care we go to our partner clinic and keep you on the phone the whole time.
Will my dog be around your dogs?+
If they're comfortable with other dogs, yes — Bruno and Goofy are part of daily life here. Dogs who prefer their own space get exactly that.
Can I visit before booking?+
Please do. Bring your dog, take twenty minutes, meet everyone. Almost every parent visits first and we'd rather you did too.
